I don’t shop here all the time but do find that they have great specials especially in the produce and frozen sections. There fruit and vegetables are often local for example lettuces and potatoes from around the region such as Levin. This often means they are fresher, and I guess they can offer at cheaper prices. Plenty of parking and nice wide isles as well as plenty of self-service checkouts available.

Big store and a wide variety of brands etc the only thing I can never get over is the smell as you walk through the meat department

The place is always stocked and the variety of products, the store is always tidy and everything is really easy to find.

Definitely get more for your money if you shop here carefully. I spent years shopping at other stores, and now have returned as we need to tighten our belts. Checkout staff are awesome - chatty and friendly. I would say pick your time to visit, as if it is afterschool or holiday mornings, it can get manic with kids.

After years of not shopping here because I didnt like the esperience, I have returned and find their prices unbeatable. A huge range of praucts, the friendlist checkout operators ever, and definitely much cheaper than everywhere else.
