We recently purchased an older home. We knew there would be issues with the house but were not sure what they would be (being first time home buyers). Jeff's Gold level report was brilliant for us! It outlined all the issues (big and small) and gave us information about how much it will cost to fix the issues. After completing the report, Jeff met us at the property and talked us through everything.
I would recommend Jeff and his team to any first time home buyer or someone buying an older home. They were fast, efficient, and very helpful!

Friendly guy who completed a silver report for us in buying our first home just over a year ago. We are a bit disappointed once finding out 12 months from purchase that we had rotten wood in our roof space which is easily accessible for review. We found this when upgrading our ventilation roof system recently. According to NZ house survey measurements to inspect a roof space ours met the requirements for inspection, however in our report the roof space was noted to ''not be accessible''. Once discussing this with him recently Jeff did not want to discuss it with us. This to me is a failure of an appropriate inspection as per NZ house survey guidelines and a big learning curve for us when buying a home next time around. Happy with his initial service but disappointed that Jeff was unable to accept this failure to inspect on his behalf which has cost us in the long run. With a newborn and toddler we do not have the funds at present to fix and had we known at the time of purchase this concern would have been a ''condition'' as per sale and purchase agreement that we would have reviewed with the owner to consider prior to purchase.
