A bit more on the expensive side but you do get what you pay for. Decent, quality, fresh organic meat! Great range of products and very well packaged for shipping!

We bought organic chicken mince and discovered it had small shreds of plastic in it.
Moreish appeared genuinely concerned asked me to freeze the mince and said they'd arrange a courier to collect it.
Two weeks later no notification of any courier arrangements - so I chased up Moreish, insultingly they tried to suggest it was my fault for not posting. They emailed a pre-paid courier label & asked me to contact NZPost to arrange collection. All good.
After inspecting the mince I receive an explanation that the Moreish mincing process has indeed been including part of the Bostock Chicken packaging as well as the chicken.
So having: been issued with contaminated meat; having to abort a meal; having the hassle of contacting and chasing Moreish; freezing the mince; carefully packaging the mince for return; and waiting 10mins on the phone with NZ Post, Moreish's mean-spirited response was to refund $20 (the exact reduced cost of the mince as the large order received a 20% discount).
When I expressed dissatisfaction at their insulting customer service for a shoddy service - they further explained that they had terminated their organic chicken mince processing due to such problems - and asked us to throw away the three remaining unopened packs in our freezer - again refunding exactly what we paid for that mince. They offered us a 20% discount code to be used on our next purchase. No thanks.
There will be no further purchases from Moreish.

Previously, Moreish had once sent us additional items by mistake - we contacted them and imagined they might tell us to keep the extra meat - but asked us to keep it cold and await instructions for collection - we had hassle then and received no thanks or appreciation for our honesty or effort. We thought that was a one-off, but evidently no.

Amazing meat just did my first order with them and I can't say enough about the meat fresh organic well priced and tasty as you can't go wrong
