Car park is huge and its in a great location with other shops close by. The store is really big and can be hard to find things but the staff have been helpful every time I have gone in.

Great store. Lots of very helpful staff to help you if you need help. Came in looking for a washing hose. Had a good selection and varying different prices. Also came in for some paint. They have Resene paint. Lots of selection and very competitive prices. Very well laid out store. Will be back for all my hardware needs.

Lovely store plenty of stock, clean and tidy. Over recent visits I have found the customer service terrible, there is plenty of staff but they seem to be constantly standing around talking amongst themselves and you are walking around looking for help. One visit twice I had to go to the customer services help desk to try get someone to help me and enable me to get and purchase a large expensive item, honestly if I hadn’t really wanted the item I would’ve left and not returned. Don’t know why the customer service has gone out the window it use to be a awesome place to shop.
