Graemes in the Plaza

The food is excellent, but the service is a bit average, we were brought the wrong tables order 3 times before getting ours

My coffee was clearly over extracted and I told the owner (you could even smell it was burnt!) Who then decided to argue with me. In the end he remade it (he was not happy about it) and it was the same again. All this fuss over, what, 30 cents tops? We have not been back.

I thought that retire-ees would know all the awesome places to eat at, and had assumed by how they frequent this cafe that I was in for a treat. But alas, the times I've had coffee here or a bite to eat I've been disappointed. I think the worst thing would be the service, I don't appreciate 'look-you-up-and-down' types. A polite greeting / acknowledgement would be appreciated when a customer waits to order. Also, your muffins are lacking seasoning!

We are regular eaters at Graemes. Lovely food, and fast and convenient, but can be a bit expensive

Perfect location always so busy but the staff don't leave the dirty dishes on the table. Chocolate cake was amazing with a hot chocolate
