I have found te customer service here to be excellent. The staff on the door greet you, there are lots of staff wandering around to assist you, and the prices are good.

this is a good store, with a good range of products. i think the aisles could be a bit better organized. and while they have a toilet available for customers, it's difficult for parents to get their cildren right to the back of the store if in a hurry.

Great store. Also good for just a trip out and a browse. Can usually count on a sausage sizzle for the kids on the weekend. Most staff extremely helpful.
