Friendly staff, always willing to help me because I never know what I'm looking for

Large Car park with many free car parks even on a busy Saturday morning. A great range of products I managed to find everything I wanted. The staff are friendly with a quick hello and an offer of help. The only negative was there was only two checkout's open and there was a bit of a wait to get served. Overall a good experience and I'm sure I'll be back soon.

Huge store to look through so you need to allow some time. The staff right from the entrance welcome you and throughout the store there is always a staff member nearby to ask for assistance if you want. I've found them to be extremely knowledgeable in their products which has been helpful. Just a shame is Australian owned. Still can't win them all!

Great store, well stocked, most staff are friendly and helpful. Good plant selection. Cafe is ok. Plenty of parking available.

Really large store, easy access and parking. Has a wide variety of products, the garden centre is pretty average. Staff are friendly when you enter, and helpful down the aisles. Worth a visit.
