very friendly staff and plenty of stock

After purchasing 2 tops and 2 pairs of shoes within 2 weeks, I was offered a lower price on a 3rd pair of shoes once they had bought in said pair in my size. After receiving a message that said pair were there, I called the store to discuss the price and the Manager, an ultra-rude woman, told me that the original price would remain and also questioned me as to who offered the discount and that it would not have occurred in that store. I select where I spend my money very carefully and even though Amazon is over-priced, I felt that the staff were friendly and informative which is why I gladly paid their inflated prices. The managers attitude was rude, demeaning, arrogant and patronizing. Loyalty goes a long way in my book, especially having spent several years in retail. I would like to think the owner of this store reds this review and gives the snotty manager a rark up because she has just lost a loyal customer, along with whoever else I can encourage to spend their money elsewhere.

Lovely staff - i left my wallet there and they managed to return it to me. Excellent customer service.

Purchased a skateboard from here for my son and he loves it, apparently its the best type (thank goodness for the guy at the stores help).

I love that this shop includes clothing for all genders, tidy summer clothing is what you'd find there. Really well organised!
