A full-on trip that starts really early, when the coach picks you up from your hotel. You tend to spend quite a bit of time on the coach, because you are picking up people all along the route. However, the coach driver was really friendly and very funny! The commentary is good and what they pack into the day is great. The Dune Rider Tour is terrific. You see the Te Paki sand dunes, go along 90 Mile Beach, climb and boogie board down the sand hills, if you are brave enough, and then go onto Cape Reinga. Unbelievable scenery. You pay tourist prices, but to be fair, it's a full day tour and lunch is included. Highly recommended.

this is really cool adventure. we went on the boat and saw dolphins aswell. prices are for tourists.

I liked the Cape Reinga + 90-Mile + Sand Dune tour because the driver was able to highlight the historical aspects and significance of the places from a Maori perspective.

Very nice tour. We saw a beautiful pod of dolphins. Lots of photos and videos. A must try for everyone visiting the Bay of Islands

The tours are very well managed and informative. Had a wonderful time, highly recommended.
