So this one I always have issues with my orders. A few times I have had multiple items missing from my order, including all the chips from each of our combos so I now ALWAYS check my order before I leave the counter. Staff are usually nice and friendly and food is always good

Very good staff here, everything is done quickly and reliably. Definitely one the better McDonalds in New Zealand. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff always friendly and welcoming.

Never get the right order, and have even gotten under cooked ( yes raw) chicken nuggets before.

A group of 12 went in Wednesday night. Irene who was manager was the rudest person i have ever encountered. After a complaint no apology however she did eventually sort out their mistake. As a group we all go in wedensday night I hope she's not there next week unless she has been retrained to maccas high standard of customer service.

We always stop in here for the kids on our way to drop them off for the school holidays, drive thru seems to be fast whenever we go in, and they don't complain about the food, wouldn't stop going there any time soon
