We ended up at hot water beach twice as the weather was pretty awful the week we visited Hahei. It seemed a lot of cafes were closed Mon/Tues but we noticed Hot Waves on our way out of hot water beach and stopped for lunch. So glad we did the meals were delicious. Highly recommend the beef burger. The kids loved their pancakes and hubby enjoyed a moist piece of carrot cake. Coffee to die for. We went back to hot water beach a few days later and couldn't resist going back again for lunch.
