They always have a number of gluten free options, in both meals and desserts, and the food is always exquisite. There can sometimes be a wait, especially when fully booked, but that is to be expected at a place of such quality

Cheese soufflé is amazing. The shops and gardens are fabulous. We had a round of ice creams and to be honest the flavours apart from the hazelnut one were all too strong, but still five stars as meals, surroundings and service were awesome.

Beautiful food, massive garden and an outdoor playground for the kids. A few animals to look at and a gift shop.

Gift shop is filled to the brim but quite a let down. Stock is old and most is dusty, some stock is even under tables on the floor because they've clearly run out of room. A lot of tacky pocket money styled "gifts" that are over priced.

The cafe and grounds are lovely. Have stopped in here a few times on road trips and have always enjoyed it. They have the right idea with their gift shops however I find them overpriced and crowded. It's cool to see the "castle" being built as well.

A great place to stop off for a beautiful meal. Or just stop in and browse through the gift shops theyre massive! An awesome kids fort to play on too! Located on the main highway north of oamaru. Free parking
