King Commercial Dismantlers are an excellent business to deal with. Today hasn't been a great day. My daughter (driver), her friend (passenger, 6mths pregnant), my 1st grandson/child 4/half mths old), friends 8mth old child drove across the yellow line, rolled twice, then went through blackberry on the roof for 50 yards before they came to a stop. In the words of the police road forensic chap, "Its a miracle anyone came out of that one alive". But everyone did. I thank the powers that be that protected my family and her friends family from harm.
What made me feel so much better was King Commercial. I had to get the car removed asap. I rung and was greeted by a friendly voice on the other end, Craig I think his name is. He was professional and understanding. He had to wait for the OK from his boss to go ahead and retrieve the wreck so I waited no more than an hour for the OK. They even asked me how much I wanted for the wreck!! To me, they were doing me a favour and my gut told me that to take money unnecessarily today would bring bad luck, when I'd been blessed with such good luck. King Commercials were just awesome. So if you ever have the misfortune of having to move a broken vehicle out of a paddock near Rotorua somewhere, phone King Commercials. Rang you guys for a van part gave my contact details as you said you would ring back in 15 minutes, never bothered to ring me back which is disappointing after waiting a few hours additionally if you really cared you would have contacted me so i took my business elsewhere.

king commercial are great, they are helpful in finding exactly what you need for your vehicle. They even help get the part for you and do what they can to provide excellent customer service. i found them so easy to deal with and they had great phone mannerism when I have phoned them previously also.

great team, very helpful, items aren't overly expensive, if they don't have nothing they can order something in for you and it is there the next day. Never had any bad dealings with the guys.
