Impressive customer service, when you ring Primo with a query you actually speak to a local person as they are a local business!! No long waits to get an answer pretty much immediate service every single time! Never any issues or problems our wireless service is fantastic, you even get an email warning if your monthly usage is nearly used up which is very good. Highly recommended to anyone in the region wanting reliable wireless.

Hands down the best high speed wireless service in Taranaki! We have a sattelite dish provided by Primo and as customers for over 4 years we have never experienced any issues whatsoever. Extremely professional and fantastic service, even better as they are a small business a simple phone call takes you straight through to a staff member to answer any queries. I have had many friends sign up as customers after explaining how brilliant Primo is. Highly highly recommend to all!

Best wireless service in the region. It's honestly so fast, super smooth without any hassles whatsoever. We had a technician do a free site check before we joined up. I even had my parents join too as they live off the grid and it suits them perfectly.

Hands down the best internet provider out there what’s even better is these guys are from nz so when you have problems you don’t get some one on the other end of the phone you don’t understand I live of the grid and the service the provide me is awesome
