The noise and animal control people are super helpful and friendly. The staff on site at the payments desk always greet you with a smile. Always looks tidy

I think new Plymouth’s council serves us ratepayers well by offering a wide variety of activities to do, while keeping our key infrastructure in tact. The parks and libraries are all to a very high standard and also just recently announced their staff would be paid the living wage so a great employer.

One of the best councils out there. Amazing Library, Museum and Art Galleries. What they have done with the walkway, the wind wand and the bridge are great. Roads could be better and the stadium needs to be fixed up but a brilliant little council all in all.
