Dealings in this store have ranged in star quality depending on which department I have visited. I have found staff in furniture to be especially helpful and alway come here if I need furniture. As far as electrical I find how helpful the are varied over the moth with month end being the best time to shop here. I can only assume that this may correlate to needing to meet month end targets.

Our kids use our iPads a lot and with there being really educational apps now our kids are thriving and learning a lot more especially their phonics and reading. We came in to price up a iMac and an iPad mini and found the prices to be good but decided to wait til close to christmas and see if we can get a cheaper price when on sale. Helpful sales staff.

Huge store filled with a massive range of products. I have shopped for a couch a bed and a laptop in here over the past few years and have always been impressed by how knowledgable and helpful the staff are, highly recommended I love shopping here!

The new TV we brought is huge, the screen gives such good resolution and it has netflix and lightbox access which is great. The was hard to take out of the box as it was so huge, but it looks amazing in the lounge.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The young man who helped Mum find the right video camera took his time, and went the extra mile. They have a great selection of products and plenty of bargains.
