great customer service , friendly staff

lots of parking available, lots of selection but please please lay off the asking if we need help...in the one department I was asked 3 times, makes me wanna walk away...once is fine and then I'll come to you :)

Easy parking, huge selection of electronics, staff are eager to help. The price is bitter expensive.

We needed a new bed and after looking at different stores ended up purchasing one from Harvey Norman’s Smart Road Store in New Plymouth. Damon who assisted us was very knowledgeable and discussed our requirements and budget. We spent a lot of time choosing what we hope is the correct one. They had the one we wanted in stock and we are able to hold there til we can take delivery when our house is ready. Informed on delivery days and the option that if we purchase a mattress protector from HN of terms of extra guarantee. Good service and good customer service.
