Buying a brand new car is an extremely exciting time, but it can be a little daunting as the general perception of dealerships is that you will be backed into a corner by pushy a salesman to sign the dotted line! My experience was the complete opposite to that, Autocity New Plymouth had the particular vehicle that drew me in but it was the customer service I received from sales consultant Matt Jordan that made me feel so confident and safe buying a brand new vehicle from this particular dealership. I felt that I was being looked after and Matt's knowledge on the vehicle made me feel 150% about my choice! At my request I wanted to add some custom features and the result was better than what I could have imagined. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Great place to source parts especially for Holdens. I had to find a replacement windscreen mirror for my mother in law as my kids broke hers, simply came into the Parts Department and the staff sorted it all for us. Very professional and quick turn around to receive the part.
