Always love visiting Waikete Valley hot pools. So peaceful. Pools and surrounding area always feel clean and well maintained

This is a secret gem...they are so much cheaper than the Polynesian pools in Rotorua and they are so great. Totally kid friendly, a lovely little cafe to get ice creams and hot chips at and some lovely little japanese like garden pools to sock in. Highly recommend it - its slightly off the beaten track but worth the drive.

Lovely while you're in the hot pools but omg when you get out. Take a huge towel and thermals to change into.

Lovely pools! Changing rooms are clean as is the poolside and the water. I love the range of pools and temperatures available. Good fun for the whole family. Great relaxed atmosphere.
