I was really impressed with the service. A staff member went out of her way to help me - she searched for the book I was after on-line. A wider selection of products than the Lower Hutt or Petone stores.

Great chain. Staff are always friendly. Find the stock in each store can vary but usually can find what I am looking for.

My recent shopping here was a five star experience. I was after a book for a 10 years old who leans English as a second language and they were very good and helpful on selecting the book as this little person was loving it so much that asked me if it's part of a collection. So I have to comeback and check it out. Thanks team.

Best book shop in Porirua if not Wellington.The staff are super friendly and helpful.The guy that is the owner is always smiling and friendly.Awesome book shop.Keep up the great work team!

Definitely the best Paper Plus store in the Wellington Region. Good sized store with lots of products. Great place for buying presents. Products range from books to kids toys, DVDs, arts, craft and stationary.
