Visiting Nelson for the week a family member recommended Nicola's Cantina. So glad we stopped in for lunch today! Staff we're extremely helpful as we had kids aged 1.5 & 3 with us and brought the youngest a wee bottle of water as well as hunting out a high chair.
Food was delicious and packed full of flavor! Loved being able to see into the kitchen and service was so quick! View photos below of a few dishes we ordered to get an idea of the top quality dining we experience. Cocktail was fab!
Hoping to move to Nelson in the near future and will definitely be making Nicola's one of our locals!

Delicious Mexican food. Quick service and reasonable prices. Also offers takeaways which is great because it can get busy at meal times to get a table.

Great mexican food right here in Nelson. Beautiful simple food done very well. Nicola is a treat to deal with too, friendly and helpful.

Just the best Mexican restaurant! Awesome atmosphere, great menu full of delicious options, drinks are great too. Love this place - highly recommend!
