Great supermarket, has a good selection of goods. Golly it is expensive.

Very disappointed at the quality of fresh fruit and veggies a few days out from xmas, the prices were ridiculous. Selection of other goods in the supermarket was not great either, the variety was just not there. Have been to many other New Worlds around NZ that are fantastic.

Good stuff to buy and the lady at the coffee counter has excellent service however I found the checkout staff to be abrupt and dismissive. Using the self checkouts a man watching it never smiled, not at myself or others that I saw. He then proceeded in a suspicious tone to ask my sister if she had scanned her trellise cooper shopping bag. To avoid insult to a customer said man should have stealthily checked our item list, it of course comes up on the screen. He was constantly looking at another screen by him, now I assume but could be wrong that this machine shows the item list as well. Unessessary accusation. This could be addressed in a customer service course of some kind.
