Really friendly staff. Very helpful with getting a drivers license for my wife. We had issues with having to convert my wife licence from an Australian Licence to a New Zealand one. There had been issues with the paperwork and the branch in Auckland hadn't been very helpful. This branch was a lot friendlier and patient and my wife walked out with a drivers licence.

Against a LOT of advice took our Corolla for a WOF. Failed because of some condensation in rear tail-light, which has been there for 8 yrs, and has never been as issue EVER. Rude, arrogant vehicle testing staff, never EVER again. Never a queue, there, and there's a damned good reason why. AVOID!!!

I receive consistently great service from the AA Auto Centre both from front desk staff and technicians. They go out of their way to help and to make their customers feel special. Always friendly and very knowledgeable.
