Visited the branch on the outside of South City recently looking for a BYOD device for my child. Was very disappointed that staff showed absolutely no interest in helping us make a decision. We spent a long time checking out all the laptops and trying to make a decision - if someone had assisted us we would have purchased. However we felt so ignored that we left and purchased the product elsewhere. Staff need to make more effort to make customers feel welcome and helped.
