      Took my mother in to get her phone upgraded and the lady there was very helpful. She explained which would be the best for what we wanted and how to use it.

      Although I have a very poor opinion of the Vodafone call centre, the staff in the Rotorua shop are extremely knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help where possible. There is sometimes a short wait but there are usually several staff on duty so there is movement in the queue.
