Decided to mix it up and go to The Rockpool for a change, getting in was fine and hassle free. The dance floor was smaller than I had expected and the pool cost around $25 to pay I was told which was dissapointing, sweet pinball machine and overall the vibe was jiggy.

The Rockpool is one of my fave Friday lunch spots to break up the last day of the week at work. Great place for a cold beer, and wow their $10 hot chips with gravy and cheese are soooo good and not to mention great value. Awesome they still have teapots available too but I would recommend leaving these for after work

The best spot in christchurch if you are looking for a free pool table. Also they half price tables some nights

Located in the CBD, great food and reasonably priced. Also can have a quick game of pool if it takes your fancy. Definitely can recommend.
