Shocking customer service ever time I go into this store, would be the worst of any shop in Palmerston North. The ladies all seem grumpy as if they hate their job. One lady j had to ask twice where a particular item was and she pointed me in the direction but both times I was lost. She got snappy at me for asking her the second time. I ended up going to main counter to ask a different lady who finally walked me down there and was apologetic on behalf of the other. I try to avoid this shop if I can.
