Great selection of products. Range is very diverse. Can be quite hard to find certain things but staff are always helpful to assist.

Shocking customer service ever time I go into this store, would be the worst of any shop in Palmerston North. The ladies all seem grumpy as if they hate their job. One lady j had to ask twice where a particular item was and she pointed me in the direction but both times I was lost. She got snappy at me for asking her the second time. I ended up going to main counter to ask a different lady who finally walked me down there and was apologetic on behalf of the other. I try to avoid this shop if I can.

I come here always to purchase yarn for crochet and my crochet tools. Only the best price and amazing quality and lines of different shades to choose from.

You can get so many things around spotlights. Such a good place with parking space
