The team at the Henderson store are amazing. They go out of their way to find the things I want. When they didn't have an advertised item they did a price match on another item in store. Fanstastic.

The best place to buy materials and sewing machines around

I went into the Hastings shop today and had some great service helping me find what I was after. I then got to the counter to pay and it was unattanded with a queue- No problem I was happy to wait. A sales assistant came over and went completely off about their being no-one there and money left unattended. She then called all sales assistants to the counter and proceeded to go off at them all about it not being good enough, etc . The way she carried on was unprofessional and embarrassing. If she had a big issue she should have spoken to them in private certainly not in front of customers. The only thing she achieved was belittling the staff and making everyone else feel horribly awkward. I just wanted to forget my purchase and flee the store. It is such a shame that one person can let a whole team down.

One of my favourite shops! We ho to Manukau mostly. The aisles in the fabric section are very narrow so dont bother with double stroller. But i could spend all day in this store. Perfect for parties, craft, fabric etc, all things related to your kitchen and home. Love their sales too. Always reasonably priced
