We live rurally so I check online for availability before heading to PN to buy items. Unfortunately I have a 50% strike rate of items actually being in stock which is a waste of my time and petrol (I'm 25 minutes drive away). Online is dodgy as hell, stock availability is wrong. Staff are okay but you would get more cheer from a cemetery, with the exception of the lovely man in the fabrics department.

I love this store. However, it was very messy the last time I came. Halloween and Christmas stuff was out and some shelves were empty and other places were so cramped it was hard to walk through. It was very badly set up in my opinion. Aside from that, I still find what I need here and the staff are always extremely friendly and happy to assist you.

Have been shopping at spotlight for years, went to the new Moorhouse Ave store today, good layout, feels less cluttered than the previous store. Found exactly what I needed at a great price.
Staff were friendly and helpful, quick service
