A nice little spa tucked away unlike the main tourist attractions. Looks really run down from the outside but pleasantly surprised and boutique-y on the inside. Nice and relaxing music with adequate shower and changing facilities. On the nice and private side but pools are not that big so can be on the awkward side when there are other people.

Having been under this service for two years I'm pleased to know there is a new Rheumatologist. Gp referral required. Long waiting list for appointments. Disability parking and a ramp at the door.

Fabulous place, was given a voucher for a massage and is was amazing very comfortable and welcoming, will definitely be back again

Love the variety of classes they have to offer
Especially unique ones like tai chi you can’t really find it very often
I love the atmosphere in the gym is so motivating
Trainer are all friendly and always happy to lend a helping hand
Prices are quite cheap and affordable
