Pizza Club Takanini

Pathetic service by staff and manager.. ordered pizza,garlic bread and potato gems from takanini store which is like 2 mins drive from my house. Picked the order and apparently after reaching home found that gems are stale and oily. Called them to tell the issue and wanting some fresh ones.. they said ok it will be 10 mins. But shockingly when we went again to pick up the gems, they made fries instead of gems! After asking about it from manager presented at the store said that if we had made the gems again it might taste the same so we made the fries..
I first of all waited for gems 10-15 mins, then even after saying yes to redo the gems manager just himself divided to make fries instead of gems. And then they refunded the price for gems.
Zero customer service and negative customer satisfaction.

OMG this place is amazing.I took my son here tonight as it's my last night.The staff were very attentive, the food was outstanding,and the atmosphere was perfect.I will be back in 2 year's to visit again,many thanks.

There are plenty of options and good and friendly staff as well

Delicious vegetarian Pizzas on offer for vegetarians like me. Must try the Peri Peri Paneer or Spicy Paneer Pasand. Yumm!
