Hardly ever use taxis. Had to go to hospital today. Rung North shore taxis about an hour b4hand. The taxi never came. Rung up. Was put on hold and the person never came back to me.
Atrocious Service. I was shocked a big company would behave so terribly unprofessional. I NEVER will use them again!
