I went into this store 3 times recently looking for some help and advice with a reasonably large purchase I was looking to buy, I found it quite hard to get any body to help, let alone be interested in the conversation, without trying to upswell me something completely irrelevant.

Service was pretty terrible, went in to buy some items and the staff were more interested in talking to each other than helping me. I went down the road and bought my stuff form Harvey Norman. The range is really good and the shop is big and well laid out - but that's no good if there is poor customer service.

Quite disappointed with the quality of the service. There were about 10 workers in the store all chatting and having conversations with each other. Not very interested in customers
