Very happy with how they are dealing with covid19, I have still managed to get my items without any delay

Overnight shipping during COVID had been very manageable!

I love NZ post, they are the only place I sent letters/parcels with because they are reliable, cheap and always get good service (at the South Dunedin branch especially). I send all of my Trade me sales through them and never had an issue

Be prepared for queues for days as is becoming increasingly common in the NZ Post stores now. The parcel drop off is a huge help but if your parcel is bulky and won't fit you could be queued for 20 minutes for just a simple drop off. The prices seem to go up every year as well.
