We have a great postie always drops oversize mail at the door rather than throwing over the fence or jamming it in the box

hard when you have to have letters with you to hand over for them to inspect before you are allowed a stamp. We should be allowed to buy stamps without proving they are being posted then and there

Used New Zealand Post's Youshop system to have a parcel delivered from the United Kingdom.

The parcel was logged into the system quickly and an email came to me to eclare the contents and value and the cost was only $17.25,.

I received an email notifying me once it had left the UK and once it cleared NZ Customs and could then be tracked until it was delivered, just 7 days after leaving the UK.

Fast delivery, great tracking and the parcel arrived in perfect condition and I will definitely use this again

Always good service at this post shop, is combined with kiwibank and sometimes the queues get pretty long at busy times, they could do with having a few more counters open during these times. It's in a handy location in town, the car park round the back I find good for parking if you're just running in as it's a 5 minute park. Staff are always friendly and helpful and offer advice about which is the best value for your money with the post bags

Great great Great! Always friendly. Love that it's a one stop shop. doesn't matter which pay shop I visit the staff are always helpful and friendly. The poster are great although sometimes I think that mail gets held for a couple of days if there's not enough to deliver?
