Waited an hour on a call to them. Are you telling me that the phone is ringing for more than an hour and no one is picking up?? I need to get my Covid test ffs

Had to bring my son in on the weekend,we waited around 20 minutes which I felt was great being a Saturday morning,doctor was great with my son and we were on our way

A few good doctors here who are very kind and thorough which is why I will continue to go back despite the uselessness of receptionist team and nursing team. No communication between departments when taking my son in for immunizations has lead to very long wait time and mix ups regarding medication and test results.

I came in to try and see a doctor as I was heavily withdrawing from a script that requires doctors appointment to get refilled and had no money to see a doc. The staff in the back office was a heartless *bad word* that didn’t have an ounce of concern for my state and simply said you can try somewhere else but we won’t allow you to see a doctor without full payment first. I’ve been going there and paying $120 for every appointment for the last two years. Approximately 10 appointments and she could care less that I was in a bad way. I seriously question whether that sort of scenario constitutes a neglect of a duty of care and whether some leniency could have been at the very least entertained instead of treating me like a nuisance.
