      A very friendly and informative staff who go out of their way to help with any topic, and if one staff member can't help they find someone who can.
      The whole facility is well laid out and aisles are nice and wide, which caters for wheelchairs access and prams.
      The outdoor garden centre is really a joy to wander through, and the staff out there are very knowledgeable.
      A pleasant cafe makes for a few hours under one roof.
