Very friendly and helpful staff that can assist you with setting up weekly payments so things are more affordable and easier to manage. They are a bit pushy when you try and go for the cheaper options though

I have pretty much lived their the last few months, they really get into your life and make you feel a part of their close knit family. they are super friendly and help you with anything and everything. you always walk away smiling because you have a shiny new piece of jewellery and your bank doesn't hate you for it!

Recently visited the store to get shop for an engagement ring with my partner. The shop assistant that got to us first was pushy to say the least, and would not back off. Not the energy and experience you want when shopping for something so special. I get they are earning commission, but they need to re-evaluate their sales tactics.

Bought my engagement ring from here as well as well as my husband's wedding gift. Great service both times! Good prices and good quality items. Very happy with the customer service, the warranties offered and the option for cleaning.
