Lonestar Manchester St

I went here for my birthday dinner and called in advance as i had a large group coming (30+ people) they advised that would be fine and they would make sure they had tables. when we arrived it was about minutes before the booking so we went into the bar and waited for everyone to arrive. once everyone was there we waited a additional 45 minutes after the booking for our table to be ready. once we finally got to our table there were nowhere near enough seats. i had booked for about 32 people and only 28 showed up. they had a long 'L' shaped table and there were seats that were no usable as in pull one seat out and the person sitting beside you was not able to pull theirs out. after this huge drama and everyone decided to leave, we were told we could use the conference room. this is now about an hour and a half after our booking time and a lot of angry and hungry people. this place would be good for small groups but in no way were they acceptable for large groups

I was not impressed with any aspect of my experience at lonestar. The food was below average, it was expensive and the restaurant wasn’t particularly tidy. The staff were fine, but I will not be returning.

The same as every other lone star food wise. But it was still cooked well. Staff were lovely,and chatty 5 stars.

Best Lonestar I've been to. Great cocktails and big meals.

Lonestar always has the best food! And the wait staff are really friendly, good fun family atmosphere. And the morobar cheesecake is amazzing
