Lionel's Bar & Restaurant

I have recently been to this restaurant on my way to Auckland. I really enjoyed the ambiance and food of this restaurant. The meals were very delicious although slightly expensive. I looked forward to visiting here again.

We take our International guests here when we are driving through Taupo. They always love it. It is an easy way to show NZ culture and iconic food items. Food is fresh, interesting, comfortable Kiwi with a twist, with good service. Nice location too.

good buffet food ever tasted, really friendly and helpful staff, but food is just full off the flavour. Chicken curry had a taste like good curryand the salads were amazingly roast veggies slightly overcoked Drinks and bar is beautiful,over all good customer service .
