      I went here for a free trial with my friend. Staff were polite and friendly and the free trial was easy to sign up for as long as you bought ID. gym is big and a wide range of machines. Was disappointing they continuously hassled me after to join.

      Fantastic gym, all the equipment and facilities you could ever ask for. Loads of gym classes and nice staff. Can be slightly intimidating for those who are not quite so 'buff' but as long as you can get over that it's a great gym.

      Love it here! It took me a long time to build up courage to go to the gym and the fantastic team made it so easy to calm my nerves... so friendly, and great range of equiptment
