I think these guys are great at consistency across their stores. This one is big and has a huge range of equipment for all sorts of pursuits. Their sales are a great time to shop, bargains abound. Don't be afraid to ask for help, staff know what they are talking about and are a mine of information.

Lots of friendly staff around the store willing to help. They helped me select the perfect jacket and talked me through a comparisons between jackets and advantages and disadvantages of each. Will continue to purchase from the store.
