I have purchased fish from this business a few times. It just gets worse and worse.
My family asked me to make a purchase again I reluctantly agreed. What a mistake that was. My fish arrived like it's been dead for 5 days and left out long enough to develop a unpleasant odour. I have contacted their management regarding this matter but they did not bother to reply let alone resolve this stinking mess.
I didn't not enjoy spend hundreds of dollars to get premium seafood but receive this disgusting mess.
Oh well fool me twice shame on me. I would not purchase from this business ever again and I would tell all my friends to avoid like plague.
Don't bother, it's bad quality seafood with a premium price tag. Just go to any of yourlocal fish monger to get much better seafood.
Btw, I'm a chef of 15years and own two restaurants. I Do know what fresh is like.

First time here,was quite happy with our order,fish was cooked well and nice and fresh,chips had a nice crunch,we waited quite a while for our order,reasonable price

If you are looking for sea food delivered to your door on time and very fresh the Hawks Bay sea food website is very good. But I do feel these days the fish and shell fish deals are from them are not as good as they were a few years back.

beautiful seafood. So fresh. The prawns were amazing. Fish also lovely. Staff kept us having fun and laughing. Very attentive. Great time.

Recently purchased a pretty big order from them from their online website that contained some Alaskan King Crab legs, was so excited to receive my parcel. That night cooked it up for me and my family only to be really disappointed as the crab meat had a really off foul taste throughout the whole lot of crab legs .. We were so looking forward to tasting them for the first time but were really let down by the quality. Also each leg was broken up into peices and just really couldnt get that experience with king crab that we were hoping for! They sre NOT cheap at all!!! Wont get started with the rest of the order.
