Great live music, nice place to chill as well as dance!

Needs to review their staff.
I understand that they must have a lot of very drunken customers on a Saturday night but the staff cannot assume everyone on the dance floor is intoxicated.
I was on the dance floor when I felt a hard jab in my back. I immediately turned around to find a staff member with a plastic box collecting empty bottles or glasses. I said “you could say excuse me rather than ram a box into my back” it ended quite heated because he assumed I was intoxicated. Regardless of whether I was or wasn’t I don’t think pushing boxes into people when they can’t see you to get them to move isn’t such a great idea . Not the greatest experience

Great place for a drink. Always has great live music. Good atmosphere and vibe. Friendly bartenders. A good night out.

Went for a work function. Good selection of drinks and the live music is a bonus. I understand that they often have a band going Awesome food, great staff, great music, definitely my favourite place in Christchurch.
