I'm not a vegetarian, and am not keen on the concept in any sense. If I had realised there was no meat on the menu we probably would not have come here. However, I was very happy with my breakfast here, loved the garden and the the service

They have Excellent food, the seafood chowder soup is probably the best I’d ever had; mussels, fish, shrimp, beer all good. This place is One of my favourite places to eat! I will be back. Absolutely delicious fresh Akaroa smoked salmon.

Came here for lunch and had their salmon Benedict. It was soooo good! Generous portions of salmon, runny yolk and very delicious bread. The coffee here is really good too. Great atmosphere, love the old house look. And great service too.

I ordered the Spanish baked eggs because it was on the special’s menu. I like the combination of this dish and this dish is rich in flavour. I also ordered the ice tea which I think was quite tasteless. I expected the ice tea to be a little sweeter. Other than that, the environment of this cafe is really nice and the service was good too.

Love this place! First of all the setting is very quaint, a nice cottage-like environment to have a lovely dinner with friends. Great for groups. The service is excellent and the wait for meals isn't very long. Very great wait staff. I love the pizzas here, fries and garlic bread. All of it is delicious. Highly recommend.
