Chapmans Restaurant and Bar at Holiday inn Rotorua is famous amongst locals and hotel guests for its outstanding contemporary buffet and modern New Zealand a la carte menu. An extensive range of New Zealand wines are available to accompany our contemporary Pacific Rim inspired cuisine. Breakfast available from 6.30am ¿ 10am (weekends till 10.30) Dinner available from 6pm till 10pm

Had the Buffett here when we stayed at the hotel. Beautifully presented food on offer. Plenty of fresh seafood, oysters in half shell smoked salmon mussels and raw fish salad. Yum. We had some meats but couldn't try it all unfortunately. Good service as well. Kids eat free if youre staying in house.

Amazing selection, never disappointed with the range of meat or desserts, food was topped up quickly as needed. Staff were professional. Worth a try.

Love the seafood buffet. Dated decor and the breakfast selection is really good over here too he staff are really helpful and friendly at this place very good service from the restaurent .

Went to champmans for a friends birthday. Great buffet with a variety of foods and has an excellent seafood section!!
