Great priced carpet and looks great. Staff member we dealt with didnt seem overly interested in us. Kept looking around and didnt give us eye contact

Poor communication. The delivery of the carpet was delayed to Christchurch by 4 weeks. I was only made aware of this because I phoned the day before it was due to be installed. Meantime we had already ripped up the old carpet and we had to wait 4 weeks with a 6month old before we had carpet again. No compensation for this delay either.
