Buried Village

Not a bad wee stop. Food was okay and so was the coffee. Nothing spectacular

Recently went here while I was on holiday in Rotorua and it definitely a must for those interested in Maori history. The tour guides are really good, they know their stuff as a lot of people asked questions and they always knew the answers. They also have a 30ft waterfall which looks nice and beautiful. A must see place for those visiting Rotorua.

Somewhat disappointing. Sat outside and had wasps around us. Food well displayed and quite a variety but my cake wasn't fresh and the coffee could have been hotter.

One of those Rotorua attractions which have existed for a long time and stood the test of time. Real life examples of buried artifacts and huts which people lived in back in the days, which were then buried by the volcanic eruption. The attraction has been refurbished to keep up with the times through the years.

Great place to visit, we came here with my elderly parents and we all had such a great time. The setting is beautiful and being able to just walk around at your own pace was great. A wonderful family activity where you can learn a bit about New Zealand history as well.
