Never an issue with Burger Fuel. This isn’t my usual location, but the staff were equally as friendly and helpful. Food delicious as always.

Great staff, love there is the option of lowcarbonators, and gluten free buns. Chicken fenders and a personal favourite

Great burgers and easy to order online and pick up when the food is ready.

I am impressive that we can choose the style to eat. So i choosed the salad style. At that moment i want to quit the gluten. It was so nice. Because the burger's size is normally bigger than your mouth. It was hard to eat. But the salad style was easy to eat. The fried Kumara was good!

The food at Burger Fuel Taupo is always amazing. However, the service I have been getting here for the last 6 or so months has been very poor. Recently, when going into the store, the staff members stood there talking between each other while I was at the order desk waiting to be served. They noticed me, but continued to talk to each other for another 5 minutes while I made it very obvious that I was waiting to be served. Once I was finally served they were rude and greeted me with a "what do you want". There has also been times where my orders weren't complete and missed the condiments etc.

Not all the staff members are like this and I have been served very well many times before and it is a shame that they have been let down by the poor service of other team members.
