Big store with a good range of products but not great on customer service or product knowledge - definitely need to learn more about safety features. It's pricier than what you can find online or at stores like farmers, but it's in a convenient location with lots of parking.

Great service at this store came in to buy replacement part for my pram wasn't in stock so they were happy to order it in for me, huge range of prams and car seats and staff were very knowledgeable about all the different brands

Huge store. Parking right outside. Not a very big baby toy section but loads of clothes. Have some ok sales but never hear about the sales unless go instore. Has everything you could need for your baby from bedding to eating to diapers and strollers.

The shop itself has a great range of products. Baby gear and toys are of high quality. Clothing ranges from basic budget clothes through to lovely merino items. Some cool clothes at good prices in between those as well. Staff are not so great unfortunately. Not very knowledgeable about car seats or other products they are selling, and not very friendly either.

every time I go to Tower Junction I'd like to visit this shop. I bought the car seat and some toys there for my baby. And there're so many choices for baby including clothes, toys, and other products.
